Avantor sucht eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit als Finance Business Partner (w/m/d), die unser Team in Österreich verstärkt.

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie sowohl Aufgaben im Bereich FP&A als auch im Controlling – erstellen Finanzberichte & Prognosen, analysieren wichtige Kennzahlen, unterstützen bei Audits und arbeiten eng mit dem Management zusammen, um die Geschäftsentwicklung voranzutreiben.

Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit (38,5 Std.), hybrid (zwei Tage Home Office/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Vertriebsteam zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
• Erstellung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Verkaufsprognosen
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung des Jahresbudgets sowie bei monatlichen Reports und Forecasts
• Analyse und Bewertung der monatlichen Ergebnisse sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Aufbereitung von Finanzpräsentationen für das Management
• Entwicklung von Zielwerten für das Working Capital und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen
• Rentabilitätsanalysen für Kunden, Produktkategorien und einzelne Produkte
• Finanzielle Bewertung von Investitions- und Betriebsausgaben
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und US-GAAP-Standards
• Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Finanz- und Reporting-Fragen
• Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Finanzrichtlinien und -prozessen
• Ableitung von Best Practices auf Basis fundierter Datenanalysen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder vergleichbar (ein weiterführender Abschluss ist von Vorteil)
• Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
• SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Forecasts
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Access
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
