The client is looking for an International Marketing Manager who will have the opportunity to drive impactful B2 C strategies across various countries, engage in cross-country interaction and act as a trustful added-value partner. Aufgaben Leading the optimization of the core business and identification of growth strategies for the consumer brands within the categoryDriving new core-business product innovations, most effectively play the packaging game (design relaunches + packaging solutions) and brand-positioning projectsDeveloping insight-based brand equity communication and experience strategies, amongst others with digital innovation, AI, targeted engagement/communication approach and impactful storytellingManagement of the annual planning process including performance trackingFunctional guidance to local marketing teams, reporting directly to the Director International B2 CFacilitate knowledge sharing, leveraging operational marketing excellence and foster a strong marketing community network across the international group Profil University degree with a business or economics background10+ years of experience in FMCG marketing - Proven track record of national and international experience with responsibility for various product categories and diverse brands, Brand Strategy and Tactics, as well as the full Marketing MixExperience with and passionate about digital marketing strategies, including AIA hands-on approach paired with strong strategic thinking and execution with excellence - striking the perfect balance between strategy and operational deliveryA powerful team player with exceptional people skills and a keen sense of intercultural awareness.Excellent command of English required, willingness to travel up to 20% Wir bieten Remuneration: EUR 85.000 gross annual salary (plus variable pay) with willingness to overpay.A chance to co-create the future of the B2 C business and top-ranked brands, making a real impact - spanning everything from strategic planning to hands-on execution.Annual pass for Wiener Linien (Vienna public transport), - subsidized cafeteria and numerous on-site sports facilities JBG81_AT
