  • KI-Strategieentwicklung: Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle im Aufbau einer zukunftsweisenden, nachhaltigen KI-Strategie zur Unterstützung und Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.
  • Identifikation von Use Cases: Sie erkennen, entwickeln und bewerten unter der Betrachtung unserer Geschäftsfelder mögliche unternehmensrelevante Anwendungsfelder für KI
  • Entwicklung: Sie erstellen eine Roadmap unter der Bezugnahme der strategischen Zielsetzungen
  • KI-Governance: Sie definieren Leitlinien und Prozesse für den ethisch verantwortungsvollen, datenschutzkonformen und regulatorisch abgesicherten Einsatz von KI im Unternehmen
  • Change Management: Sie fördern ein digitales Mindset bei Mitarbeitenden & Führungskräften und beraten Geschäftsführer und Vorstände zu technologischen Trends und deren Relevanz.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Sie agieren an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie, Business und Innovation und bringen Ihre Expertise sowohl strategisch als auch operativ ein. Darüber hinaus bauen Sie sich ein internes Netzwerk zur strategischen Verankerung von KI auf.
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, mit Schwerpunktsetzung KI und Digitalisierung
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich KI- Strategy, AI, Data Strategy, Digital Leadership
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
  • Erfahrung mit Skalierung von KI-Initiativen im Konzernumfeld oder Mittelstand
  • Strategisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Analytisches Urteilsvermögen, Konzeptionsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, technologische Trends in strategische Optionen zu übersetzen
