From 2027 onwards we are looking for our brand new, bilingual nursery & kindergarten of the software company Dynatrace in Linz20 to 40 hours per week – permanent contract – starting in 2027We are looking forward to enthusiastic early childhood educators or assistants who are interested in our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) concept and want to create a place where children feel safe and can develop their potential.Your tasks:Design and ongoing development of an innovative educational concept for children aged 0.5 – 6 yearsSupport and guidance of children in their holistic social, emotional, motor and linguistic developmentParticipation in inspiring STEAM projects and a learning environment that promotes curiosity and self-confidenceProfessional documentation of educational work (planning, reflection, observation, research portfolios)Appreciative cooperation with parents, the Dynatrace team and Familienbund colleaguesOptional: flexible cross-group support within the facility to strengthen the team and ensure continuous educational qualityYour profile:Completed training as an early childhood educator or educational assistant (professional experience is an advantage) Please note: If you completed your training or education outside Upper Austria, your qualification must be officially recognized (nostrified) by the Education Directorate of Upper Austria (Bildungsdirektion OÖ) before it can be accepted for pedagogical work in the region.Passion for early childhood education and enjoyment in exploring together with childrenCommunicative personality who likes to contribute their own ideas and appreciates an international environmentNative Speakers or candidates with native English skills and German skills at B2 level (English is the corporate language at Dynatrace)Openness to working in an international and innovative environmentMontessori training or STEAM-related know-how is an advantageWe offer:More time for every child – thanks to an excellent childcare ratio. Two pedagogical specialists and one assistant look after a maximum of 20 children in the kindergarten and 10 children in the nursery – for loving, individual support.Modern premises on >1200m2 (e.g. MakerSpace, laboratory, Relax Room) and a generously planted outdoor area on > 1600m2Relocation SupportClimate ticket Austria for all public transportation throughout AustriaEmployment in a dynamic non-profit organization with a high degree of family friendlinessStrengthening support from the specialist unit in complex everyday situationsDue to legal requirements, we are obliged to indicate the minimum salary:For educators: € 3,321.60 gross/month (40 h/week)For assistants: € 2,474.42 gross/month + € gross supplement (40 h/week) Final salary depends on relevant experience and credited service years. According to legal regulations, employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave. In addition, there is a right to 10 extra pedagogical planning and preparation days per year for a standard 5-day workweek.Curious?
