Your challenge
- Calendar management of the CEO' agenda to ensure effective and efficient time management.
- Support CEO/CFO in organizing and preparing defined meetings.
- Take minutes and provide follow-up for selected meetings and prepare briefing documents.
- Coordinate internal and external events (e.g., congresses, interviews, networking), ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
- Manage business travel and expense reporting for CEO, CFO, and GPI Executive Committee.
- Maintain filing systems (SharePoint, Teams) and optimize administrative processes.
- Process optimization in digitalization of administrative workflows.
- Ensure smooth information flow between CEO office and internal/external stakeholder and support effective communication and a strong corporate culture.
- Coordinate with group functions on CEO-related topics, particularly with board secretaries and executive assistants.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary, ideally within a global organization.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (word, xls, ppt, teams,..) user
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a structured and efficient work style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and reliable with flexibility to prioritize tasks effectively.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 50,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
