Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor distributors and dealers to complete the annual sales plan.
  • Implement the sales plan by formulation on-site sales action plans and providing feedback to the problems encountered in the implementation process.
  • Manage and support distributor prices and strategies based on market share and competitive product analysis.
  • Improve the distributors' network sales capacity.
  • Manage the retail process (leads/test drive/potential customers/order and delivery/sales script).
  • Work with Sales team members and cross functional departments.
  • Prioritize sales and logistics planning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management.
  • Diverse national customer network experience.
  • Positive leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and motivation skills.
  • High level of personal integrity.
  • Familiar with the use of Word, Excel, PPT, and other common office software.
  • Fluency in English and German required.

Location

  • The position will be based in Austria. Regular visits to dealers in Austria are required.
