In dieser Position sind Sie in einer Führungsrolle verantwortlich für die Produktionsbereiche Montage & Verpackung. In der Zusammenarbeit mit einem motivierten und engagierten Team leisten Sie durch Ihre Einsatzbereitschaft und Ihr Fachwissen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Standortausbau und Unternehmenserfolg.

SIE BEGEISTERN SICH FÜR...
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des zugeordneten Teams
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs im dynamischen "Automotive-Umfeld"
  • Planung und Koordination von Personal, Aufgaben und Schichten
  • Optimierung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität und Sicherheit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen Qualität, Logistik und Instandhaltung
  • Nutzung und Pflege von SAP (Buchungen, Rückmeldungen, Auswertungen)
...UND BRINGEN FOLGENDE QUALIFIKATIONEN MIT?
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie oder in einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld gewünscht
  • Führungserfahrung in der Leitung mittelgroßer Teams (20–30 MA)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsstärke und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
