Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d) who is eager to kick-start their career after completing their studies or obtaining a pharmaceutical representative certificate.Area: Vienna, Burgenland, Niederösterreich, EisenstadtResponsibilities:Identifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomesDeveloping field-based customer & patient journey and account strategyDeveloping a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including HCPs, public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy areaProviding feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accountsCollaboration with cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needsQualifications:Successfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and/or completed studies in the field of human, veterinary, or dental medicine or pharmacyPassion for the disease areaHighly motivated individual who is driven to push things forwardWillingness to travel throughout Austria >90% of the time in the field visiting customersExcellent communication skillsStrong negotiation and analytical skillsPassion for working in an agile manner and with digital tools such as iPad, MS Office, Veeva, and SalesforceProfessional proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written are requiredWe offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment.
