Deine Aufgaben

  • Du lernst, wie ganzheitliche Finanz- und Vermögensberatung funktioniert – von Absicherung bis Kapitalanlage
  • Du begleitest erfahrene Berater in Kundengesprächen und übernimmst schrittweise eigene Mandanten
  • Du entwickelst Strategien, um Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu finanzieller Unabhängigkeit zu begleiten
  • Du arbeitest an Projekten zur Optimierung von Beratungsprozessen und digitalen Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • laufendes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder Vertrieb – oder Quereinstieg mit Leidenschaft
  • Begeisterung für Finanzen, Menschen und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Eigeninitiative
  • Zielorientierung und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
