Overview
We are looking for a
Finance Assistant
in our Viennese office to support our Finance team, mainly assisting our Finance Specialist with
accounts receivable tasks
and other
operational finance topics
. You'll play an important role in
keeping our financial processes accurate
and reliable while contributing to our mission to
"make sports happen"
.

Work time:
Part-time
(Approx. 10 h/week)
Planned start:
January 2026

Location:
Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks

  • Supporting our Finance team with accounts receivable activities
  • Assisting in correct invoicing at the beginning of each month and ensuring all information is up to date
  • Helping to maintain clean and reliable data across our systems and spreadsheets
  • Communicating with internal teams such as Customer Care and Product to align on partner-related updates
  • Contributing to ongoing finance projects and improving small processes that increase efficiency

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Google Workspace
  • Reliability

  • Confidence
    in handling communication with B2B partners and being passionate about their success

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 31,430
(based on a full-time basis of 35h)
