Aufgaben

Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Bestellungen, Reklamationen, telefonischen Auskünften und technische Beratung.

Qualifikation

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen inkl. Erstellung von Angeboten an den Kunden

  • Vorbereitung der Bestellungen für die Auftragsbearbeitung

  • Annahme, Erfassung und Abarbeitung von Reklamationen

  • Telefonische Auskunftserteilung zum Lieferstatus bestehender Aufträge

  • Technische Beratung der Kunden am Telefon

  • Pflege des Kundenstammes im ERP-System

  • Pflege des Artikel- und Preisstammes im ERP-System

  • Arbeitsbeziehungen: Internal: vorrangig Vertriebs-Aussendienst, alle Abteilungen. External: Kunden, Lieferanten, Frächter

Qualifikationen:

  • kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

  • Führerschein Klasse B

Kenntnisse:

  • Allgemeine PC Kenntnisse

  • MS Office

  • Navision von Vorteil

  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Erfahrung:

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden

Kompetenzen:

  • Hilfsbereites und kundenorientiertes Handeln

  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Belastbarkeit und freundlicher Umgang auch in Stresssituationen

  • Zuverlässigkeit

  • Organisationstalent
