You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our pricing and hedging capabilities within a dynamic, technology-driven trading environment. You will leverage data and quantitative insights to optimise our Systematic Internaliser, refine algorithms, and collaborate across teams to achieve more competitive spreads, more efficient hedging, and sustainable alpha generation.

• Identify, design, and implement opportunities to optimise and scale our Systematic Internaliser capabilities 
• Fine-tune pricing and hedging parameters in real time, using data insights to drive smarter execution and stronger profitability
• Backtesting trade and market data to uncover patterns, anomalies, and insights that enhance pricing, hedging, and execution strategies.
• Work closely with engineers to translate insights into precise specifications that drive continuous improvement of pricing and hedging algorithms
• Take co-ownership of P&L and results

• 2-4 years of experience in capital markets or electronic trading.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Have hands-on experience in algorithmic trading or quantitative research; market-making experience is a strong plus.
• Possess a solid understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, and trading infrastructure.
• Comfortable writing detailed specifications and collaborating closely with software and data engineers to turn ideas into execution.
