Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Vienna, Austria. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations. The role involves providing hands-on support to customers and collaborating with team members to deliver optimal IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure robust and secure systems infrastructures
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide client support and maintain a professional relationship
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, or similar) and experience in IT support roles are advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable
