Als Teil des Führungsteams des Repair Center International übernimmst du als Gruppenleiter/-in für Service, Training & Support eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Repair- und Serviceprozesse als auch der Abläufe. Darüber hinaus bist du mit deinem Team für den optimalen Support unserer weltweiten Repair Center Nationals verantwortlich. Dabei geht es einerseits um die optimale Wissensvermittlung und andererseits um die Unterstützung durch dein Team bei komplexen Fragestellungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Disziplinäre und fachliche Führung von ca. 20 Mitarbeiter/-innen
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Trainingsaktivitäten für Fronius Mitarbeiter/-innen an Repair Standorten
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Aktualität von Trainingsinhalten in Abstimmung mit unserem Vertrieb, Tech Support und Produktmanagement
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprozesse
  • Aufbau und Vertiefung des Netzwerks zu anderen Nahtstellen
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und ggf. Übernahme von Projektleitungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in Aftermarket Prozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Infor LN
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Organisationsstärke, strategisches Denken und Offenheit für neue Lernformate
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie interkulturelles Verständnis
