Your new role As the Desktop Support Analyst, you'll provide technical support to staff across the country, resolving complex issues and ensuring systems run smoothly. You'll handle 2nd Line support and step in for 1st Line when needed, manage IT-related enquiries, and oversee incident logging, prioritisation, and escalation. Beyond day-to-day support, you'll contribute to projects, system maintenance (including after-hours work), and help shape technology improvements that align with organisational goals. What you'll need to succeed At least 3 years' experience in IT support or a similar position Strong technical expertise in: Microsoft Azure (including Azure AD configuration) Microsoft 365 administration Intune for device management Networking and SDWAN technologies Security best practices (identity management and endpoint protection) Relevant certifications such as CompTIA+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Ability to design and implement automation workflows using tools like Power Automate A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic IT environmentDesirable skills include experience with Mimecast, Meraki, email security, Zero Trust principles, and scripting with PowerShell.
