We have a long track record of offering high-quality professional advice to private, corporate and institutional investors across Australia. We are currently seeking to recruit a recent graduate for a Desktop Support position in our IT Systems team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Sydney IT Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day desktop support directly to the Sydney office and remotely to other offices around Australia. You will collaborate closely with fellow desktop support professionals and the Systems Administration team to deliver a seamless, efficient, and high-quality IT service experience to all stakeholders across the organisation. Responsibilities Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users via face-to-face interactions, phone and remote tools. Perform installation, configuration and upgrades of IT equipment, including PCs, multifunction printers and other peripherals. Diagnose and resolve desktop-level issues, escalating complex problems to specialist teams when necessary. Assist with desktop environment deployments, including system upgrades and application rollouts. Maintain accurate and timely updates on all open support tickets, ensuring proper documentation and resolution tracking. Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary or industry related qualifications. Experience working in a team environment an advantage. Working knowledge of MS Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange and Azure Active Directory (Entra) an advantage. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong customer service and communication skills including the ability to understand technical problems and to clearly explain solutions. Knowledge of PC deployment and management via Intune an advantage. Ability to prioritise with strong organisational and time management skills. Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude.
