Do you love solving problems, helping people, and keeping IT systems humming? If so, we've got a role that's calling your name. We're on the hunt for Service Desk Analysts to join a high-performing IT support team. You'll be the first point of contact for users needing help, and your mission is simple: keep things running smoothly, solve issues fast, and deliver top-notch service. Your new role Supporting end users with IT systems and services Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions Provisioning new services and equipment Managing faulty or outdated tech gear Collaborating with peers and other support teams What you'll need to succeed Thrives in a technical IT Service Desk environment Works independently and takes initiative Has a strong customer service mindset Can work out-of-hours on a rotating on-call roster Communicates clearly and confidently over the phone Is open to working reasonable overtime when needed Active Directory (on-prem and AAD), Exchange, Windows 10/11, Office 365, MS Teams ITSM tools for ticketing, triage, incidents, and requests Level 1/2 troubleshooting and privileged user accounts Remote work setups aligned with operational needs What you'll get in return Impactful Work: Contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in the federal space.
