Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. The role involves managing a virtual team of IT Network, Infrastructure and Security Experts and Managers to drive standardization and governance for IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity within One ATM. This includes the development and deployment of standardized IT infrastructure and security solutions, leveraging Blueprints and Frequentis Evergreen practices, refer to: Air Traffic Management Frequentis. Key responsibilities include coordinating support for Sales and Offering, specifically in IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity, as well as facilitating support for Project Delivery to ensure seamless implementation and compliance.Aufgaben Shaping the ATM (Air Traffic Management) Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity StrategyDevelop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Business Units/Market Units internationally, covering products and project needsLeveraging Synergies and Ensuring EfficiencyMaximize synergies across aspects to drive efficiency and deliver high-quality resultsAvailability of BlueprintsEnsure up-to-date, accessible blueprints are available to meet operational and business requirements ensuring a high-quality delivery in the Business UnitsCompliance with Security Governance and Industry StandardsGuarantee adherence to Frequentis security governance policies and relevant ATM industry standardsCreation and implementation of Frequentis One ATM Security Strategy, incl. Cybersecurity business models Profil Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field10 years proven experience in IT (development, architecture, project management)3 years in a management or a lateral leadership role, preferable in ITStrong knowledge in IT Network, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, certificates preferredVery good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to solve complex problems, structured and analytical thinking, combined with leadership excellence, communication and interpersonal skills Wir bieten Around 2,500 employees are committed to creating a safer world with their innovative strength and technology orientation.
