About the CompanyOur client is a leading international industrial company headquartered in the US with a strong presence across Europe with about 500 employees in 9 EU countries.Driven by innovation, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships, they are expanding and transforming their organization. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager Europe to lead the HR function across the region, acting as a trusted advisor to the European leadership team and aligning regional HR initiatives with global strategies.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy for the European Business Unit in alignment with both the CEO Europe and the Global HR team in the US. Partner with the European leadership team to provide strategic guidance on Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, and Change Management. Ensure the adoption of global HR standards while complying with diverse local labor laws and regulations across 9 EU countries. Oversee all main HR processes across Europe, including Recruitment & Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. Lead, mentor, and develop the European HR team while fostering a high-performance, service-oriented HR organization. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations, and corporate policies in each European country. Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to minimize risks and ensure operational excellence. Champion a strong company culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and diversity across all European entities. Your Profile Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 8–10+ years of HR leadership experience in an international, multi-country environment, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of EU labor laws and experience managing HR operations across multiple EU countries. Proven track record in Organizational Development, Change Management, and building scalable HR structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high intercultural competence. Fluent English and German (both written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus. What We Offer A key leadership role in a dynamic and growing international organization.
