Working hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult and Customer Partners, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our customer's success.As a Customer Technology Advisor, you won't just be another advisor; you will be a trusted ally and visionary, delivering unique and differentiated value to our customers. Through captivating show-and-tell methods such as engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.Focus area for the role of a Customer Technology Advisor Mainframe will be to define and implement mainframe modernization strategies of our customer's mainframe application portfolios aiming at a future-proof, performing and cost-efficient IT technology stack. Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Required Skills and Experience Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in mainframe area Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions Prior consultative selling experience Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including: Mainframe; Cloud; Application and Data Platforms; Security and Resiliency Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or Master's degree 10 years of experience (minimum) selling technical services for multi-industry customers As this role is dedicated to supporting our customers in Austria a valid work permission is a prerequisite for this opportunity.With state-of-the-art resources and Fortune 100 clients, every day is an opportunity to innovate, build new capabilities, new relationships, new processes, and new value. The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Customer Technology Advisor is €82,600.
