To enhance our successful NPI Team at the HTB 3 Plant in Leoben, we are looking for a passionate (Junior) NPI Engineer (f/m/d) As part of our NPI team, you will play a key role in bringing new products and package designs from concept to high-volume manufacturing. Whether you are starting your career or are an experienced engineer, you will contribute to the successful qualification of customer designs by coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving continuous improvement. You will help shape the future of IC substrate production at Europe's only facility of its kind. Aufgaben Coordinate and support New Product Planning, including material and tooling preparation, to meet delivery timelinesMonitor NPI progress daily, focusing on IPP/Ct F capability, yield improvement, and troubleshootingCollaborate with Technology Development and Operations to meet qualification timelinesDrive or support the certification and handover of new products to high-volume manufacturingCreate and maintain Power BI dashboards for project tracking and reportingSupport customer meetings, action requests, and documentation for technology transfer activitiesAssist with core ordering and metrology best-known methods for new customers and productsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely support across multiple projects Profil We are looking for both junior and experienced candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative product development.For junior candidates:Technical education (HTL or higher degree)Fresh graduates are welcomeGerman and English communication skillsWillingness to work in cleanroom environmentsStrong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and eagerness to learn (especially software tools like Power BI / ODB )For experienced candidates:University degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience in IC-Substrate, Semiconductor, IC-Packaging or Assembly IndustryKnowledge of project management, data evaluation, and customer orientationProficiency in Power BI, JMP, and ODB software tools Wir bieten A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environmentChance to actively contribute to AT&S' success and to create valueA structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunitiesModern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every dayFree parking spaces and e-charging stationsDiverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefits JBG81_AT
