Aufgaben Commercial and operational management of a small team selling high-quality premium decorative lighting to retailers and project businesses internationallyResponsible for agreeing and achieving quantitative and qualitative targets (including sales and distribution targets)Building and expanding our customer baseProcess optimization: Analysis of existing processes, programs, and ongoing optimization to increase efficiency and customer satisfactionYou are operationally responsible for product and project costing as well as for the entire supply chain Profil Several years of experience in sales in the B2 B sectorYou have a high level of commercial competence with excellent results and possess a high level of commercial expertiseYou are characterized by leadership and entrepreneurial thinkingSeveral years of experience in the lighting industry and/or in high-end furniture and luxury retailYou have excellent English skills and excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou have an interest in technology and are confident in using ERP systems (e.g., BMD NTCS)You have a goal-oriented and structured approach to workYou are willing to travel (to a limited extent) and have a valid work permit for AustriaYou have a sense of humor Wir bieten An exciting and varied range of tasksA welcoming, committed, international teamAn employee-oriented working environmentDirect collaboration with managementHead office in 1080 ViennaFlexible working hours / flexitimeLong-term employment in an attractive companyComprehensive trainingWe also have a sense of humor and enjoy our work For this position, a classification in utilization group V with a minimum gross salary of EUR 4,205 is planned.
