Your role will include: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of automotive technicians, front‑of‑house staff, and apprentices. Driving sales and service targets while managing budgets, inventory, and operational KPIs. Ensuring workplace safety, efficiency, and compliance across all store operations. Building long‑term customer relationships and championing JAX Tyres & Auto’s trusted brand. Implementing and optimising systems and processes for maximum efficiency and profitability. Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge (highly preferred) Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities. Confidence managing daily store operations, inventory, and performance metrics. Availability to work Saturdays.
