We are seeking a hands‑on and customer‑centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence concession stores within Myer Geelong. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full‑time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end store operations within your concession store, including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting. This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail; Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory; Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's; Excellent communication and creative problem‑solving skills; Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base; Confidence delivering a first‑class service at all times to all customers; An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others; Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high‑performing team; Love for our brand and pride in being our key brand ambassador We can offer: Generous clothing allowance and employee discount; Competitive bonus and incentive scheme If you think you are a perfect match, please apply now by attaching your resume and a cover letter telling us about yourself Note: Sass & Bide, Marcs, David Lawrence are part of the wider Myer Group.
