Base pay range A$140,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Marlin Human Capital We are partnering with a large and progressive organisation with a strong transformation agenda, with an investment in SAP SuccessFactors as a core strategic enabler. With a diverse and complex technology environment and multi-site footprint, this newly created role will lead the configuration, release management, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning. You’ll work closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure systems deliver measurable outcomes and support organisational capability. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, and LMS Lead release management, testing cycles, and change adoption Partner with HR to translate business needs into system solutions Drive optimisation projects, upgrades, and new functionality through to go-live Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless integration across HR systems What we’re looking for Functional expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules Strong experience in release management, testing, and adoption Proven ability to act as the functional lead for people systems Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills A passion for improving the employee experience through technology What’s on offer This is a rare opportunity to drive meaningful change across multiple HR technology streams.
