Together, let's make a difference This role is available on a part-time basis of 45 hours per fortnight – the work/life balance you are looking for 7.5-hour shifts consist of: Week 1: Monday & Tuesday Week 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Lead and supporta dedicated clinical team, fostering growth, competence, and emotional wellbeing Coordinate resourcesto deliver person-centred, evidence-based care that meets client needs Deliver hands-on clinical careand resolve complex issues with confidence and compassion Act as a key escalation point for nurses managing client deterioration and other clinical challenges Drive communicationthrough team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and documentation excellence Support onboarding, mentoring, and student placementsto build a strong, future-ready workforce What we’re looking for You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence.
