Your Role As the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the practice runs smoothly while fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll lead a skilled team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and administrative staff, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction. What you’ll be doing: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice Lead and inspire a high‑performing team Ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across the practice Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operations Engage with external stakeholders (suppliers, regulatory bodies, etc.) Proactively manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolutions Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a Practice Manager or healthcare leadership role Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Experience in managing financials and performance reporting Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred In‑depth knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and billing processes (MBS) High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical practice management software Why Medical One?
