Practice Manager – Cardiology Practice (Full Time) Practice Manager – Cardiology Practice (Full Time) Locations: Kensington Park & Rose Park We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy, growing cardiology practice. This full‑time role is based across our Kensington Park and Rose Park clinics, where you’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. Our practice provides comprehensive cardiac care and works closely with a specialist GP, dietitian, exercise physiologists, and nurse consultants. Together, we offer a holistic and patient‑centred approach in a collaborative environment that values both clinical excellence and workplace culture. About the Role As Practice Manager, you’ll take ownership of the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same — from supporting staff and clinicians to fine‑tuning systems and ensuring exceptional patient care. Key areas of responsibility Leading and mentoring the administrative team to maintain a positive, high‑performing workplace culture Coordinating daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and general clinic logistics Overseeing HR processes — recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and performance reviews Managing Medicare and financial administration, invoicing, and monthly reporting Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and OH&S requirements Supporting clinicians and allied health staff to ensure seamless day‑to‑day function across both sites Developing and refining workplace procedures and documentation as the practice grows Managing patient record systems, IT platforms, and liaising with software and service providers Overseeing induction and training for new staff, and coordinating student placements Responding to patient feedback with professionalism and empathy Assisting with administrative duties as required during periods of staff leave or peak demand You’ll work closely with the directors to drive operational efficiency and support the long‑term goals of the practice. About You You’re an experienced Practice Manager who combines strong leadership and organisation with warmth and approachability. You take pride in creating a calm, efficient environment for staff and patients alike, and you’re confident juggling competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
