Centre Support Office location: Mawson Lakes Employment Type : Permanent, Full-time Join our team as a Lead Practice Partner , where you'll spearhead quality improvements in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) across the State. By providing visionary leadership and expert guidance, you’ll drive excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring national standards are not just met but exceeded. Lead the way in empowering our Practice Team to support and uplift quality practices and be at the forefront of delivering the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework with unmatched expertise. You’ll bring to the table: Minimum 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university A tested track record of teaching and learning practice uplift delivery Experience in working at a “State” or national level in practice uplift Extensive practice-based early childhood education experience (aged birth to 8 years).
