Why Aspire Beautiful state of the art centre with modern learning environments Supportive Area Manager and strong senior leadership support Fifty percent gap fee discount at any Aspire centre Leadership development professional learning and networking opportunities Employment Assistance Program available any time Attractive salary and excellent benefits Fast growing organisation with real opportunities for career progression The Opportunity and Responsibilities Support the Centre Manager with day to day operations Inspire, guide and mentor educators across the service Build positive relationships with families, children and the team Ensure compliance and high quality standards are maintained Assist with enrolments, occupancy growth and family engagement Help create a warm welcoming centre culture from the ground up About You Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or senior educator leader Strong communication and relationship building skills Confidence in guiding educators and supporting centre operations Solid understanding of Regulations and National Quality Standards Commitment to high quality care and positive outcomes for children Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing – We create environments that support, encourage and empower children to learn and grow.
