We are looking for hungry, driven individuals who show initiative, are team players, and are quick learners. Our team of elite Consultants is the lifeblood of our company. Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that we acquire through our various marketing methods and schedule them in for a tailored appointment with one of our Senior Property Specialists. You will be one of the first points of contact with our warm prospects so it is essential that you are warm, caring, sharp, and professional.
Primary Responsibilities:
Embody company valuesSupport and grow the team cultureHit KPIs for number of set appointments per dayManage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long-term period, following them up to schedule them for appointmentsGenerate new prospects from referralsProactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities:
