About us: We provide high level primary health care services across several Sydney locations and are currently in a growth phase. We offer comprehensive on‑the‑job training, ongoing support and career development opportunities. About the role: We are looking for highly motivated, empathic and enthusiastic people with administrative and/or reception skills to join our team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. Full working rights in Australia are required for this role. About you: You will thrive working in a busy environment, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking. You will possess good customer‑service skills and a high level of attention to detail when it comes to accuracy and sensitivity in handling patient information. Your phone manner is always pleasant, you communicate clearly over the phone, and you show care to others. You enjoy working in a team environment, are adaptable to changing workflow and are process orientated. Experience in medical reception is desirable but not essential. Immediate start and training available.
