We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic radiology team at proRAD' in Derrimut, Victoria. As a medical receptionist in our radiology practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the administrative operations of our clinic. This is a full-time position. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Assisting with the preparation of patient files and documentation Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required Adhering to all relevant medical and administrative protocols Ensuring a clean, organised and welcoming reception area What we're looking for Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry preferable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact sensitively with patients Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a varied workload A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records A commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care What we offer At proRAD', we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
