Essence Communities is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead the residential experience at Melbourne Quarter West. As the Resident Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the community, responsible for: Championing resident engagement through exciting events and initiatives. Driving ancillary income through innovative service offerings. Collaborating on marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets. Enhancing the digital resident experience via our property app. Building strong relationships with residents, local suppliers, and stakeholders. The Property Melbourne Quarter West is a flagship Build to Rent (BTR) development in the heart of Melbourne CBD, featuring 797 architecturally designed apartments across studio, one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for community building. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
