About the Role We’re looking for an exceptional Admissions & Resident Experience Officer who is genuinely passionate about aged care. As the first point of contact for families and residents, you’ll guide them through the admissions journey, ensure a smooth onboarding and post‑admission experience, and help us achieve occupancy goals, all while delivering genuine care and empathy. Working closely with our care, administration, and leadership teams, you’ll streamline admissions and uphold Bethel’s high standards of service. What You’ll Do First point of contact for enquiries, tours, and family appointments Conduct personalised facility tours that reflect Bethel’s values and resident‑centred care Manage and support families through the full admissions process, from enquiry to conversion Oversee resident agreements and compliance requirements Prepare admission paperwork and coordinate transition arrangements Collaborate with clinical and operational teams for seamless onboarding Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral networks, and community partners Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate reporting Support families with preliminary financial questions Assist with reception coverage if our Administration Officer is occupied or unavailable What We’re Looking For Warm, approachable, and confident in dealing with residents, families, and healthcare partners Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy Experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or relationship management (aged care/healthcare preferred) Strong communication and empathy skills Ability to balance care with commercial outcomes Knowledge of aged care compliance frameworks (advantageous) Excellent organisation and time‑management skills Positive, can‑do attitude and creative thinking to leverage our points of difference Why Join Us?
