Grounds and Maintenance Attendant (NSW – Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, North Narrabeen) Apply for the Grounds and Maintenance Attendant role at BelgraviaPRO. An exciting opportunity to work in a holiday park on the beautiful coastal side of Narrabeen, NSW. Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is the newest caravan park proudly managed by BelgraviaPRO, only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, and located where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach. This will be a casual position. Role Overview You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance of the grounds, gardens, amenities cleaning, BBQ cleaning, park maintenance, and rubbish removal. You must have a high standard and a good eye for detail, be friendly, enthusiastic, and available to work over a 7‑day week roster, including weekends and possibly public holidays. As a Grounds & Maintenance All‑Rounder, You Will Ensure immaculate presentation and maintenance of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and landscaping. Provide incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities, and other facilities. Service splash park – cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs, and maintenance. Maintain and clean public areas and facilities. Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs, and painting. Essential Qualifications & Requirements First Aid Level 2 (training available if required) Current CPR (training available if required) National Police Check clearance upon onboarding Working with Children Check or equivalent Experience in a similar role Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools Well‑developed communication and organization skills Demonstrated ability to interact with management in a professional manner Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision About the Company BelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large‑scale tourist parks.
