Guest Services Officer NSW, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park - North Narrabeen NSW 2101 Join to apply for the Guest Services Officer NSW role at BelgraviaPRO in Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park. An exciting opportunity to work in a holiday park in the beautiful coastal side of Narrabeen, NSW. Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is the newest caravan park managed by BelgraviaPRO. Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, guests enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand‑up paddle boarding. The park offers cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents, play areas for children and several amenity blocks. The Role We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work as Guest Services Officer reporting to the Park Manager. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service face‑to‑face and over the phone, assisting with administrative tasks, and performing housekeeping duties such as cleaning cabins, amenities and common areas. About You You will be friendly, enthusiastic, and available to work over a 7‑day week roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays. You Will Bring To The Role Fantastic customer service and a professional, personable telephone manner. Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills. Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes. Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions. Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice. Ability to work in a team environment and also independently. Housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas. Change linen, make beds, clean cabins/rooms, clean bathrooms and kitchens, replenish stock and items in rooms. Dispose of rubbish, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping of outdoor and indoor areas, spot cleaning. Advising of any maintenance or WHS issues. Ensure cleaning is completed in a timely manner. Follow direction and meet daily expectations. Essential First Aid Level 2. Current CPR. National Police Check clearance upon onboarding. Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent. Desirable RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System) experience preferred but not necessary. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
