Grounds and Maintenance Attendant NSW, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park - North Narrabeen NSW 2101 An exciting opportunity to work in a holiday park in the beautiful coastal side of Narrabeen, NSW. Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park boasts a fantastic location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach. Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding. The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents. It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas. This will be a Casual position. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds, gardens of the property, amenities cleaning, BBQ's cleaning, park maintenance, and rubbish removal. Must have a high standard and a good eye for detail. You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including some weekends and possibly public holidays. As a Grounds & Maintenance All Rounder, You Will Ensure immaculate presentation and maintenance of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping. Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities. Servicing splash park - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance. Maintenance and cleaning of public areas and facilities. Assist with gardening projects, or basic mechanical repairs and painting. Essential First Aid Level 2 – (Can train if you require) Current CPR – (Can train if you require) National Police Check clearance upon onboarding Working with Children's Check or equivalent Experience in a similar role Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools Well-developed communication and organization skills Demonstrated ability to interact with management in a professional manner Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision The Company BelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks, we are also offering Park Manager training through the company’s successful RTO.
