Base pay range A$63.00/hr – A$66.00/hr About the Role Provide integrated assessment, triage, safety planning, crisis response, and short‑term support to: Victim survivors of Family Violence People using violence Families needing child wellbeing or development support You will work within a multidisciplinary, fast‑paced service model in partnership with Family Services, FV specialists, Aboriginal services, and broader community stakeholders. Hybrid and WFH shifts may be available depending on the hub. About You Minimum 1 year of previous experience working at the Orange Door (intake, triage, assessment, or response streams) Applications without Orange Door experience will not be considered Strong understanding of MARAM, the Family Violence ISS/CISS, and integrated practice Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or related field Confidence working in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environments Availability for four to five weekday shifts (9am-5pm); no weekend work available Adaptable, grounded, and committed to delivering high‑quality, client‑centred practice Why Join Tradewind?
