Expression of Interest - Orange Door Hub Practitioner (Locum) Melbourne, VIC Flexible Short & Long-Term Assignments | Hybrid & WFH Options $61-$64 per hour Tradewind Australia, the leading recruitment agency in community services, is seeking experienced Orange Door Practitioners to join our locum pool and support hubs across Melbourne. About the Role Orange Door Practitioners provide integrated assessment, triage, safety planning, crisis response, and short-term support to: Victim survivors of Family Violence People using violence Families needing child wellbeing or development support You will work within a multidisciplinary, fast‑paced service model in partnership with Family Services, FV specialists, Aboriginal services, and broader community stakeholders. Hybrid and WFH shifts may be available depending on the hub. About You ✅ Minimum 1 year of previous experience working at The Orange Door (intake, triage, assessment, or response streams) ❗ Applications without The Orange Door experience will not be considered ✅ Strong understanding of MARAM, the Family Violence ISS/CISS, and integrated practice ✅ Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or related field ✅ Confidence working in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environments ✅ Availability for four to five weekday shifts (9am-5pm); no weekend work available
