Guest Service Manager – Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park Join the Lancemore Hotel Group as a Guest Service Manager at the historic Lancemore Mansion Hotel in Werribee Park. About the Role Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every point of the journey – reservations, arrivals, departures and throughout their stay. Act as an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting the boutique brand over the phone, by email and in person. Make recommendations on hotel services and the local area. Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints appropriately and follow‑up/report as required. About You Success in a similar role with exposure to front‑office reception and reservations work. Deliver exceptional guest service, enjoy problem‑solving, and be accountable for your workload. Have an acute eye for detail, exceptional administrative skills, and the ability to learn systems quickly. Be able to work under pressure in a varied, fast‑paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively. Commitment and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays for a minimum of 6 months. Positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
