Working at our acclaimed Joseph’s Restaurant under our exciting new culinary leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our heritage setting and our luxurious style. Your Responsibilities Will Include Day to day management of kitchen sections in a consistent and organised manner Organisation and execution of mise en place to the required standard About You You will bring your positive attitude, passion for cooking and positive attitude to the kitchen To Be Successful, You Will Have A positive, understanding and inclusive attitude. Hunger to learn and advance your cooking skills. Experience working in fast paced culinary focused environments. Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy service environment. Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
