We’re searching for a passionate, driven Restaurant Manager to lead the next chapter of our culinary journey. We’re looking for someone with vision, passion and leadership experience to elevate both guest experience and team performance. About The Role Supported by our Food & Beverage Operations Manager and a kitchen team driven toward excellence, you’ll lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations while shaping the overall guest experience. You Will Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate front‑of‑house team. Drive a culture of service excellence and warm, intuitive hospitality. Manage and evolve restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality. Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership on food and beverage offerings. Curate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktails. Develop and deliver training and upskilling to raise the standard at every level. Lead from the floor, visible, hands‑on, and deeply connected to team and guests. Be accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control and revenue targets. About You We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready for the next step and wants their next move to mean something. Demonstrated experience managing a high‑end or boutique restaurant. Sharp eye for detail and relentless focus on quality and consistency. Natural leader, hands‑on, approachable, and energising to be around. Take pride in mentoring others and lifting team performance. Agile, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure.
