Retail Food Group (RFG) is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to take charge of planning, dispatch, and warehouse coordination across our Castle Hill site. You’ll ensure materials, inventory, and logistics flow seamlessly — maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organisation every step of the way. What you’ll be doing: As our Warehouse Coordinator at our Castle Hill roastery, you’ll be the link between production, logistics, and dispatch — making sure everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery Review production schedules and plan daily dispatches with third-party logistics partners. Ensure adequate materials and resources are available for weekly and monthly production needs. Coordinate dispatch of finished goods and manage CHEP/LOSCAM pallet movements. Maintain a clean and organised dispatch office, and manage weekly waste bin placements (general, plastics, and husk). Monitor inventory levels and report on pallet volumes and low-stock items. Support continuous improvement by contributing to scalable production strategies. Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across Food Safety and Product Quality Standards (TQCSI HACCP / GMP / Hygiene). Maintain a strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety across all warehouse operations. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. You’ll be highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring every dispatch runs smoothly and safely. You’ll also bring: Previous experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or production coordination role. A current Class LF Forklift Licence (gas, high‑reach and electric). Genuine passion for coffee, production, and lean operations. Strong planning and organisational skills with a high attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to team goals. Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal. Motivation to follow processes, uphold quality standards and maintain equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
