About the Role As a Property Advisor specialising in first home buyers you'll guide clients through every step of their journey from initial consultation to moving into their new home. Your role includes : Conducting personalized consultations (in-person and via Zoom) to create tailored home ownership plans. Partnering with our finance team to secure optimal loan solutions for clients. Recommending and matching clients with suitable properties. Managing a sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. Building long-term client relationships and generating referrals. Networking with land agents to access exclusive opportunities. What We're Looking For We're seeking driven results-oriented individuals who are passionate about helping people. You should have : A proven track record in sales preferably within real estate property investment finance or related fields. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard software systems. A goal-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence. Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.
