The Opportunity We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new Horsham Centre on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and educators while driving excellence in early childhood education and care. The role will begin as 2IC, with a transition to Centre Director to ensure a smooth handover. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education and care Build meaningful relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community Ensure compliance with NQF, regulations, and our strong child safety commitments Oversee daily operations, enrolments, and centre growth Foster a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, and continuous improvement What You'll Bring Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Demonstrated leadership experience in a childcare or early learning setting Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for every child Why Bright Steps Academy?
