We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Safety Advisor to join the team. Based in Toowoomba, you will have the opportunity to apply your established skills and experience on a variety of construction projects across Toowoomba and regional Queensland. Your approach to work will align with our commitment to quality, safety and excellence – doing it once, doing it safely, and doing it well To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate: A professional, open and honest approach to communication Vocational or Tertiary qualifications in Safety (minimum Cert IV) Experience in leading safety management on construction projects, including implementation of systems and processes, on-site training and education Experience and knowledge of workplace health and safety, quality and environmental management regulations and practices as relative to construction sites Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Strong grasp of construction methodologies specifically relating to ground works, structures and formwork, with the ability to understand and interpret drawings and design documentation advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed ability to build and develop positive working relationships.
