About The Role As an Advisor (Operational Safety), you'll provide frontline WHS advice and support to managers and operational staff, helping to shape a safer future for our workers and workplaces. You'll collaborate with safety practitioners across the state, contribute to the development and delivery of safety initiatives, and play a key role in incident prevention, investigations, and safety leadership. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert WHS advice, training, and support to operational teams. Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, workplace inspections, and audits. Build strong relationships with safety practitioners, managers, and staff to achieve positive outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of safety standards, procedures, and tools.
