About the Role We’re seeking a hands‑on professional with a solid trade background who’s eager to lead the development of Premier Services Group in Central QLD. You’ll have the unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with leadership and business development responsibilities, helping to build a local team, win new projects and services contracts, and shape the direction of our operations in and around Rockhampton and Gladstone. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day activities as we establish a local presence Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area Build relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers Build, train, and manage a growing local team Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all work About You Qualified & experienced sprinkler fitter, dry fire technician, or HVAC technician Proven track record in construction management, supervision, or running your own projects Business mindset with a passion for growth and leadership Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals and values What We Offer Competitive salary package Genuine opportunity to grow with the business and build a regional team Support from nearby experienced regional offices, head office, and senior management team Long-term career development with leadership potential How to Apply If you’re ambitious and motivated, we’d love to hear from you.
