Wilson's Estate Agency is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our successful team as a Real Estate Junior / Personal Assistant to a high-performing Licensed Agent. This is an exceptional opportunity designed for someone who aims to transition into a fully-fledged Selling Agent and learn the business from the ground up under a top industry operator. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate wants to become a successful, high-performing agent . You must possess a great work ethic , a can-do attitude , and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities This role is hands-on and diverse, covering essential administrative and client-facing tasks: Client Prospecting: A large and critical portion of the role, including cold calls and door-knocking, to secure new business. Client Engagement: Working directly with buyers, conducting open homes, facilitating inspections, and problem-solving. Marketing Support: Placing and retrieving signs and executing letterbox drops. Administrative Support: Managing the Agent's diary and appointments, performing accurate data entry, and handling other administrative duties as required. Skills and Attributes Required Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an excellent phone manner and customer service focus. High Standards: Great personal presentation and a keen attention to detail . Commitment to Learning: An eagerness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management skills to handle a varied workload. Requirements Must hold a current Driver's License and have access to your own reliable vehicle . Saturday work is required , with one day off provided during the week.
